Prices
All prices listed on the San10design ApS webshop are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and other applicable charges. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We accept no liability for sold-out items.
Payment
San10design ApS accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment is only deducted from your account once the order has been dispatched. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We disclaim responsibility for pricing errors or sold-out/discontinued products.
Delivery
Orders placed before 5 PM on weekdays are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM are shipped the next business day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping rates start at DKK 35. Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process.
We do not deliver to other countries, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Orders are shipped with PostNord or GLS.
Note: If there is no room at your selected pickup point, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest available pickup location. You will be notified accordingly. If problems arise, please contact our customer service.
Delivery is made on business days. Your order will typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
Certain products may have special delivery conditions, which will be stated prior to purchase.
Right of Complaint
You have a 2-year right of complaint under Danish consumer law. This applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the situation, you may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by improper use of the product/service.
You must notify us within a “reasonable time” after discovering a defect. San10design ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Please note: We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
Refunds
If a refund is required, please include your bank details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details are not sensitive and will only be used to process your refund securely.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return right on items purchased from our webshop.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the day:

You receive the product.

You receive the last item in a multi-item order.

You receive the last part of an order delivered in installments.

You receive the first item in a recurring delivery arrangement.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. You then have 14 days to return the goods. Notification must be made by email to san10.design@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Simply refusing delivery without prior notice does not constitute a valid withdrawal.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following goods are not eligible for return:

Items made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken.

Goods that become inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

Items where the seal has been broken.

Services that have been fully delivered with the consumer’s prior consent, where the consumer acknowledged the right of withdrawal would lapse upon full performance.

Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if performance has begun with prior express consent.

Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription agreements).

Goods purchased at public auctions.

Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
You are responsible for proper packaging. Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be quicker if you include the completed withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the item until it is returned to us. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
If the product has been tested beyond this, it is considered used. In such cases, you may receive only part or none of the original purchase amount depending on the item’s commercial value at return.
To receive a full refund, you must test the product as you would in a physical store—without actually using it.
Refunds upon Withdrawal
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the full amount paid to us.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
All payments, including delivery costs (except for any extra charges resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the standard), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless you agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or received proof that the item has been returned.
